Ponticelli transformation: Piloda Building drives a major urban regeneration project in Naples
Naples – Piloda Building is leading the redevelopment of the P4 residential complex in Ponticelli, one of Naples’ major urban regeneration projects. Worth approximately €30 million, the programme covers six residential buildings and 312 homes and is part of the national “Sicuro, Verde e Sociale” initiative. With around 50% of the works completed, the project aims to transform the area through improved living standards, energy efficiency, seismic safety and renewed public spaces.
Piloda Group and Nautilus: an integrated industrial model for the redevelopment of Manfredonia Port
Manfredonia – As part of Italy’s national Port Plan, Piloda Group, through its Building division, and Nautilus are advancing the redevelopment of the Bacino ad Alti Fondali (BAF) in Manfredonia through an innovative construction model designed to maintain full port operations throughout the works. The project combines maritime engineering, shipbuilding capabilities and integrated logistics to modernise a strategic 2.5-kilometer offshore pier while supporting the development of the local port system.
Messina: Demolition Begins for New Assisted Living Hub
Messina – The demolition of the former Città del Ragazzo in Gravitelli has begun, marking the first step in creating a modern assisted living hub for vulnerable individuals and people with disabilities. The €55.6 million project, funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, aims to enhance social inclusion and improve residents’ quality of life.
Re—Start Scampia: reconstruction of Lot L with 48 new apartments begins
Naples – The urban regeneration process in Scampia continues, with the development of Lot L, which will host 48 new apartments, alongside Lot A. This project marks another significant step toward the transformation of the neighborhood, focusing on sustainability, energy efficiency, and the creation of new spaces for the community.
Ischia revamps its historic port: a new promenade and flood protection project begins
To mark the 170th anniversary of its Bourbon port, Ischia has launched an ambitious redevelopment of the Right Bank. Spearheaded by Piloda Group’s Building Division, the project will enhance tourism appeal while tackling persistent flooding issues. A scenic promenade will connect the harbor to San Pietro Beach, with completion expected by 2025.
