The next generation launches a sole company, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
1998
The family unites to form a new company, expanding operations beyond the local region and launching our public works division.
2010
We made our entry into the maritime sector, marking the beginning of our journey in shipbuilding and maritime services.
2014
The scope widens with expansion into civil construction alongside ongoing maritime activities.
2015-2018
A dedicated facility is acquired to support yacht refitting and maintenance, establishing partnerships with maritime authorities.
An important refitting contract drives the search for a larger shipyard.
2022
The acquisition of strategic naval orders and important maritime projects comes alongside the launch of the new brand Ad Astra.
2024
An important contract for the building division and the acquisition of a new shipyard represent a significant step towards the growth and expansion of the group, opening new opportunities in the shipyard market segment.
2025
Piloda Building embarks on a major urban redevelopment project in Naples (Re-Start Scampia)
