Piloda Group, an Italian holding company operating in the construction, shipbuilding and yachting sectors, is seeking an experienced  Warehouse Operator to join its shipyard in Naples.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of technical materials supporting shipbuilding, refit and naval repair projects.

Working within a dynamic and structured industrial environment, the Warehouse Operator will contribute to the smooth execution of production activities by ensuring material availability, traceability and efficient warehouse operations.

The Chief People Officer will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Group’s entire People & Culture function, acting as a business partner and actively contributing to executive decision-making.
This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, governance skills across HR processes, and a data-driven approach, in a growing multi-sector industrial context.

The Project Manager will oversee naval commesse from project kick-off to final delivery, coordinating all company functions involved (engineering, procurement, production, quality and administration) within a complex and highly specialized shipyard environment. The role requires strong leadership, technical background and contractual awareness, particularly in the management of private and military units.

The HSE Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing HSE activities in accordance with current health and safety regulations, with particular focus on shipyard operations. The role involves close collaboration with company functions and contractors, contributing to the development of a strong safety culture and continuous process improvement.
