Chief People Officer

Piloda Group, an Italian holding operating in construction, shipbuilding, and yachting, is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and transform the Group’s People & Culture function across all business units.

Reporting directly to General Management, the CPO will define and implement a modern, integrated, and data-driven People Strategy, driving organizational growth, performance, and cross-unit integration.


The Role

The Chief People Officer will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Group’s entire People & Culture function, acting as a business partner and actively contributing to executive decision-making.

This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, governance skills across HR processes, and a data-driven approach, in a growing multi-sector industrial context.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s People & Culture strategy and organizational design

  • Oversee performance management, KPI systems, and talent development

  • Design compensation, incentive, and retention programs

  • Coordinate recruitment and strengthen employer branding

  • Implement leadership development and succession planning

  • Ensure compliance, governance, and effective labor relations

  • Monitor HR analytics and provide strategic support to the Executive Team

Profile

  • Proven experience in senior People/HR roles in complex, multi-sector organizations

  • Modern, data-driven approach to human capital management

  • Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and executive mindset

  • Experience with MBO, incentive systems, and performance management

  • Knowledge of Italian labor law

  • Fluent in English
