Chief People Officer
Division: Piloda Group – All Business Units

Piloda Group, an Italian holding operating in construction, shipbuilding, and yachting, is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and transform the Group’s People & Culture function across all business units.
Reporting directly to General Management, the CPO will define and implement a modern, integrated, and data-driven People Strategy, driving organizational growth, performance, and cross-unit integration.
The Role
The Chief People Officer will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Group’s entire People & Culture function, acting as a business partner and actively contributing to executive decision-making.
This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, governance skills across HR processes, and a data-driven approach, in a growing multi-sector industrial context.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Group’s People & Culture strategy and organizational design
Oversee performance management, KPI systems, and talent development
Design compensation, incentive, and retention programs
Coordinate recruitment and strengthen employer branding
Implement leadership development and succession planning
Ensure compliance, governance, and effective labor relations
Monitor HR analytics and provide strategic support to the Executive Team
Profile
Proven experience in senior People/HR roles in complex, multi-sector organizations
Modern, data-driven approach to human capital management
Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and executive mindset
Experience with MBO, incentive systems, and performance management
Knowledge of Italian labor law
Fluent in English
