Piloda Building contributes to the regeneration of Scampia

Naples – At the ReStart Scampia site, Piloda Building is contributing to one of Naples’ most significant urban regeneration program, with work focused on the first 170 new homes as part of a wider transformation of the neighbourhood.

The project goes far beyond residential construction. Alongside new housing, it includes services, shared spaces, a nursery and a civic centre, creating a more connected and inclusive urban environment designed around the needs of the local community.

ReStart Scampia represents a tangible step in the wider renewal of the area, combining construction quality, social infrastructure and long-term urban vision to create new opportunities for residents and strengthen the relationship between people and place.

For Piloda Building, the project reflects a broader approach to regeneration: building not only new spaces, but stronger communities and a more sustainable future for the city.
