Piloda Building advances the urban regeneration of Ponticelli

Naples – At the Via Edoardo Scarpetta site in Ponticelli, Piloda Building is contributing to a major urban regeneration project designed to improve quality of life and create a more resilient, connected and sustainable neighbourhood.

At Comprensorio 10 – Building P4, the intervention goes beyond construction, creating an integrated system of green areas, community spaces and services. The project includes more than 17,000 sqm of permeable surfaces, landscaped parks, sports facilities and seismic upgrading works.

By combining safety, architectural quality and long-term liveability, the project contributes to shaping a new urban environment designed around the needs of the community.

The intervention reflects Piloda Building’s approach to regeneration: transforming spaces into places that are safer, more accessible and built to create lasting value for the territory.
