Piloda Yachting: beyond refit, a lifecycle approach to yacht management
Naples / Torre Annunziata / Brindisi – Piloda Yachting is expanding the traditional concept of refit through an integrated model combining shipyard infrastructure, engineering expertise and strategic technical consultancy. The objective is to support yacht and superyacht owners throughout the vessel’s lifecycle, helping preserve operational efficiency, safety and long-term asset value while planning investments and maintenance beyond individual interventions.
Operating through an integrated network of facilities in Naples, Torre Annunziata and Brindisi, Piloda Yachting combines specialized resources, know-how and project management capabilities across different vessel sizes and requirements. From large yachts and complex projects in Naples to yachts up to 40 meters in Torre Annunziata and refit and maintenance support across the lower Adriatic from Brindisi, the three facilities operate as a single technical platform.
Each refit is managed as a structured technical project, from preliminary assessment and feasibility analysis to budgeting, scheduling and daily progress monitoring. This approach allows Piloda Yachting to develop multi-year technical programmes, anticipate maintenance requirements and evaluate each intervention according to its real impact on reliability, performance and resale value. The result is a long-term partnership model built around transparency, technical independence and on-time, on-budget delivery.
