Piloda Building contributes to the regeneration of Rome’s public libraries
Rome – Piloda Building is involved in the ‘‘Piano Urbano Integrato’’ for the Libraries of Rome and its Metropolitan Area, a program designed to strengthen the role of libraries across the city and transform them into more accessible, sustainable and community-oriented spaces.
The works combine restoration, conservative renovation, functional upgrades and energy-efficiency improvements, enhancing public buildings while preserving their architectural and cultural value.
From the Elsa Morante Library to Casa del Parco Farsetti, from Castello di Cesano to Fornace Veschi, each intervention contributes to bringing new life to important urban spaces, creating places dedicated to culture, digital services, social connection and community life.
The project reflects an integrated approach to urban regeneration, bringing together heritage protection, innovation and care for the urban landscape.
