Travertine marble on the facades of the new building, a two-tone stone designed in the square which becomes a room overlooking the sea for employees and visitors, a place of aggregation and pleasant rest.

Our journey to the Scoglio della Regina in Livorno began with a wreck in an advanced state of degradation and ended with a project perfectly carried out respecting the ancient and the innovation of the structures and materials.
We have created modern environments that intertwine with the ancient, reinvigorated the original forms, restored valuable elements such as the wooden roof and the epigraph on the main façade "Scoglio della Regina".
This intervention involved an in-depth diagnosis, through the study of ancient wall parameters and in-depth analysis of materials and construction techniques.
A timely and precise restoration work supported by innovative construction for a modern refunctionalization of the architectural complex intended for the Marine Robotics Center and the #CIBM.
A project that kept the need for conservation of the historical artefact and the vocation of the place in balance.
A magical, elegant place full of history that adds prestige to the curriculum of a city already full of beauty like Livorno.
