M/Y Navetta 27 Round Stern
Built in 1973 by Van Der Beldt, this classic steel motor yacht stands out with its timeless design and iconic round stern, which gives it its name.
Recently, the mahogany cap rail, which runs seamlessly along the sheer strake from bow to stern, was completely removed for restoration. Damaged sections were repaired, and the entire rail was refreshed with protective paint. After sanding, priming, and repainting the top surface of the sheer strake, the rejuvenated cap rail was reinstalled.
Mechanical work was also carried out, including propeller removal for balancing and shaft line alignment checks on a lathe.
